Participants - provides the means to setup all
participants
that will, or have in the past, participated in the company's equity grant program.
The Equity Grants by Participant screen allows the user to view summary information pertaining to each
equity option grant - by employee.
Grants Authorized - accesses a complete chronological log and history of the number of
grants which have been authorized for issuance under the equity grant plans. The log starts with the original number of
grants authorized, then follows through with deductions to the authorized amount for any
grant exercises, and may have additions to the total if subsequent approvals are made to increase to authorized limit.
View All Transactions by Date - displays the chronological history of all transactions which have been posted to the company's
equity grant plans.
Grant Reports - accesses the sub-menu which contains a series
of equity grant reports. A unique feature of the report generation engine is the ability to "turn the clock back" to any date in history and run the reports as of that date. This feature is especially useful in tying back to plan numbers previously generated for external auditors and plan administrators.
Grant Vesting Plans -offers the capability to users to create very unique vesting schedules with non-standard vesting dates and varying vesting percentages. By establishing vesting plans in this screen, the specific vesting plan created then becomes automatically available as individual or bulk
grants are made.
Bulk Issue of Grants - allows for a point an click interface to select which individuals will receive
grants and the number of grants that each employee will receive. After all selections are made, entries
are automatically be entered into the data base, participant accounts will be updated and a mail merge of the information will be initiated that will prepare each grant document and any desired cover letters.
