Employees - provides the means to setup all employees
that will, or have in the past, participated in the company’s employee stock
option program.
The Option Grants by Employee screen allows the user to view summary information pertaining to each stock option grant – by employee.
Options Authorized - accesses a complete chronological log and history of the number of shares which have been authorized for issuance under the stock option plan. The log starts with the original number of shares authorized, then follows through with deductions to the authorized amount for any stock option exercises, and may have additions to the total if subsequent approvals are made to increase to authorized limit.
View All Transactions by Date - displays the chronological history of all transactions which have been posted to the company’s stock option plan.
Option Reports - accesses the sub-menu which contains a series
of stock option reports. A unique feature of the report generation engine is the ability to “turn the clock back” to any date in history and run the reports as of that date. This feature is especially useful in tying back to plan numbers previously generated for external auditors and plan administrators.
Option Vesting Plans -offers the capability to users to create very unique vesting schedules with non-standard vesting dates and varying vesting percentages. By establishing vesting plans in this screen, the specific vesting plan created then becomes automatically available as individual or bulk options are granted.
Bulk Issue of Option Grants - allows for a point an click interface to select which employees will receive options and the number of options that each employee will receive. After all selections are made, entries
are automatically be entered into the data base, employee accounts will be updated and a mail merge of the information will be initiated that will prepare each employees’ option grant documents and any desired cover letters.
