The Standard in Database Aggregation for Financial Institutions
Much more than just a simple
general ledger link - this sophisticated program offers rich features and deep
integration into each core application.
- Financial Managers are
under increased pressure to produce precision reports in less and less time
- Features immediate access to data mined from multiple platforms and
applications through one dynamic desk-top program.
- Robust data base aggregation addressing the specialized management
and regulatory reporting requirements of financial institutions.
Don't limit your choices to
inferior products or expensive and inflexible core processing solutions
Dramatically reduces the painstaking preparation time required for:
- Commercial Bank Call Reports,
- Thrift Financial Reports (TFR's),
- Risk Based Capital Calculations,
- Federal Home Loan Bank Collateral
Reports,
- Federal Reserve Collateral Reports,
- Cash flow projections using source application data (loan, deposit, investment and borrowing data),
- Legal Lending Limit Calculations,
- Board Reports,
- The reporting capabilities are virtually
endless, and easily designed.
Additional Features and Benefits:
- Over 200 standard reports plus the
capability for additional customized reports,
- Export data to your Excel reports and forms,
- Unique data "Tagging" produces consistent
data output time-after-time,
- Powerful reporting tool for financial institutions with "outside of the box" loan and deposit products,
- Speeds report production - regulatory filing deadlines are only going to get shorter,
- Provides complex custom calculations, plus standard Microsoft functions
and formulas,
- Generates reports for any record date in history - useful in proving data to auditors and regulators.
Imports data from virtually any external data base:
- Using industry standard data feeds,
- Import data as you need it - any frequency you desire,
- Not limited to month-end imports,
- Tracks "versions" of imported data.
Data is imported through a pre-defined data mapping process which allows the user to import data from a multitude of core application data bases. The import process logs the data to assist the user in determining the time period that the data covers, the date and time it was imported and some user defined notes to remind the user whether the data was in a preliminary form, or final form.
The number of Special Reports are always expanding
- Flags coding problems with Core Applications - thereby limiting "garbage in garbage out",
- Identify largest customers based upon your criteria.,
- Merges data to your custom Excel forms and reports,
- Creation of Balance Sheets and Income Statements for each employee -
similar to individual branch office/cost center financial statements.
FR2900 - automation of FR 2900 Federal Reserve Reports.
Loans to One Borrower - addresses the special reporting requirements to ensure that an institution's credit exposure to any one borrower, or related group of borrowers, does not exceed the institution’s legal lending limit. Through a unique table created in Bank Informatics, special codes are assigned and maintained within the system which keep the exposure tie intact for future data downloads.
Data Export - allows for the export of the data housed within the system to an Excel spreadsheet. The filtering of information by date and specific code
is easily customized.
Code Maintenance Switchboard - the system stores the code translations specific to each financial institution which drives much of the meaning for deposit and loan applications. Once the codes are defined, their translation/meaning permeates throughout the Bank Informatics system and assists users who are unfamiliar with the numeric codes by providing an "English" translation.
